ফেরতের যোগ্যতা

ফেরতযোগ্য নয় এমন পণ্য

কিছু পণ্য তাদের প্রকৃতির কারণে ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। যেমন:

বিনিময় নীতিমালা

ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে বিনিময় করা যেতে পারে। বিনিময়ের জন্য:

ফেরতের নীতিমালা

ফেরতকৃত পণ্য গ্রহণ ও পরিদর্শনের পর ফেরতের প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।
ফেরত একই পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে পাঠানো হবে, যেটি দিয়ে ক্রয় করা হয়েছিল।
ফেরতের অর্থ আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে পৌঁছাতে ৭-১০ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।

শিপিং খরচ

পণ্য ফেরতের শিপিং খরচ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে। তবে যদি পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয় বা আমাদের ভুলের কারণে ফেরত হয়, তাহলে শিপিং খরচ আমরা বহন করব।

বিক্রয় পরবর্তী সেবা
